It is amazing what we can face & conquer when we are empowered to understand the relationship between our body, breath & mind. My sessions are created to support you as you go through the emotional, mental & physical challenges of separation & divorce. Combining gentle movement, breathwork & mindfulness, I create a safe space for you to reconnect to yourself & discover your inner power.
BODY-
During this stressful time, you may feel like you are disconnected from your physical body, ignoring what it is telling you & falling into unhealthy self-care habits. You may be experiencing tension & tightness in the body, headaches, poor digestion & broken sleep.
Through gentle, intentional movement & body awareness practices, you will be guided to understand what your body is telling you, helping you to release the tension & emotional weight that this time can bring. You will learn practices that ground & uplift you, helping to balance your nervous system & provide you with a path to resilience.
BREATH-
Stress & overwhelm can lead to dysfunctional breathing patterns, leaving you tired, tense & with a racing mind.
I will guide you how to use your breath as a calming tool for your mind & a tension releaser for your body, soothing your nervous system & managing the emotional waves that come with separation & divorce. These practices will help provide you with the tools to find peace & calm, even in moments of stress & overwhelm.
MIND-
A racing, worried & anxious mind can leave you feeling like you have no mental space to face the practicalities of daily life. Practicing mindfulness can teach you how to be in the present moment & build self-compassion, empowering you to navigate difficult emotions & reclaim control over your thoughts, offering you clarity & calm in a time of chaos.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
I understand firsthand the unique & painful challenges that separation & divorce can bring.
My own separation & divorce journey was incredibly difficult (to say the least!)
I spent 4 years in & out of court proceedings & legal meetings, trying to run a business alongside my ex., raising 3 young children & rebuilding a career path 3,000 miles away from my family in the states.
At times I felt isolated, alone, helpless & desperate.
During this time, I discovered the practices & tools which I built into my daily life that helped me to cope with the stress, overwhelm & uncertainty of my darkest days. I ultimately ended up finding the path back to myself & forward to a life of self-love, self-acceptance, empowerment & purpose.
My mission is to use this difficult time as a a way of helping women like you shine a light on your path to find a way through the darkness. I will share the roadmap with you to navigate your journey in a way that promotes self-compassion, resilience & empowerment so you can move from fear to freedom.
