Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions
The benefits of practicing yoga & mindfulness reach far beyond the yoga mat. Introducing kids & teens to be mindful, to notice what is going on in their bodies & breath, and to listen to what their bodies are telling them are tools that will last a lifetime.
I work with kids & teenagers from ages 5 & above using movement, music, breathing practices & mindfulness practices to help.....
~ build self confidence & self- awareness
~ create healthy habits, both physically & mentally
~better understand big emotions & sensations
~ release excess energy in a healthy way
~ learn mind/body tools to help with busy & anxious minds
~calm the body & mind, improving sleep & overall energy levels
Sessions can be booked 1:1, with siblings, friends or even as a family.
