I look forward to my sessions with Tara, and always leave feeling more grounded and better prepared to face the challenges of day-to-day life. Tara is a skilled instructor, and the passion she feels for sharing the joy of yoga with others is truly inspiring. Her holistic approach means that the benefits to my well-being are immediate at the end of each hour. I always depart feeling lighter-spirited and thoroughly stretched. I found so much more in Tara than a yoga instructor. I found a friend, I found a confidant, I found someone who is helping me on this journey of discovery that our minds and bodies are intrinsically linked. I found a piece of the puzzle that is this mystery we call life.
