Tucked away between the high street & the sea, free from the hustle & bustle of central Whitstable is Soul Space. I have slowly transformed and created this as a place for connection, authenticity & empowerment.

Almost 10 years ago I attended a yoga class when my middle daughter was about 9 months old. I wasn't feeling my fittest or most confident, but went along with a friend to get back into my yoga practice. During the class the teacher was critical of me, making comments and remarks which made me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. At the end of class she suggested that I didn't join again. I was mortified. For many years I did not step foot into a yoga class for fear of "doing it wrong" or not looking the part.

Upon training and becoming a teacher myself, I vowed to never let anyone feel that way in one of my sessions. Yoga is about connection and it doesn't have limits or boundaries attached to it.

Over the last 4 years I have created this sanctuary as a place for individuals to come & connect with body, breath & mind in a welcoming and empowering atmosphere free of mirrors, judgement & comparison. A place to let go of whatever stories and narratives hold you down or keep you from shining like the beautiful light that you are. I am here to guide you towards finding what is good for your mind & body, but most importantly, your soul.

Whether you are entirely new to yoga & mindfulness, or have practiced for years, I will help you to discover what works best for your body & your mind as a unique individual through movement, breath & mindfulness practices. We will forget about what things are "meant" to look like, and feel into what it is that our bodies & minds need on that particular day, allowing you to connect with wellness & joy.
